I am an Italian visual designer based in Vienna. I have a background and focus on visual arts and visual languages, mostly graphic design and photography. I hold a Master of Arts in Social Design from the University of Applied Arts Vienna and a Diploma from the Academy of Fine Arts in Catania. In the last years I had produced personal work on architectural and urban photography and focused my design work in book and print design, as well as logo design and visual identity for diverse cultural associations and institutions. Since the beginning of my studies in social design my research interests have centred around notions of identity in public and private space, in how images and imagery rule our world and define the role of memory in contemporary societies. Other interests include the political value that art forms have in the development of social and individual norms.
